Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy (HICAT) is a non-clinical, facilitator-led approach that uses creative modalities—including visual arts, music, movement, writing, and mindfulness—to guide individuals toward emotional balance and self-discovery.
As certified HICAT facilitators trained through Mind Body Education (a leader in arts-based wellbeing),
we create safe, judgment-free spaces where participants can:
• Express freely through visual arts, music, movement and writing
• Explore integratively with techniques that honor mind-body-spirit connections
• Empower themselves by building confidence and emotional resilience
